Niacinamide regulates the production of facial sebum, speeds up the skin renewal process by stimulating collagen and elastin formation. It normalizes the functions of dry skin, makes pores appear less visible and brightens up skin complexion. Also known as Vitamin B3 and Vitamin PP.
